Volunteer

Legends Never Die doesn’t happen without people willing to show up for something bigger than themselves.

We’re looking for great people to help create an unforgettable experience through connection, culture, and impact. If you enjoy being around good people, love fitness, and want to help make memories through movement, we’d love to have you on the team.

Whether you’re helping athletes compete, welcoming people at check-in, or keeping the event moving behind the scenes, every role matters.

Volunteers from all gyms, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We ask volunteers to commit to at least one full day of the event. Multiple-day volunteers are always appreciated and help make the weekend even stronger.

As a volunteer, you’ll receive:

  • Official Legends Never Die volunteer shirt

  • Meals and snacks during your shift

  • Dedicated volunteer area

  • Access to an incredible weekend of fitness and community

  • The chance to help create something meaningful in Memphis

Most importantly, you’ll help build an experience people remember.

VOLUNTEER ROLES

Judging Team
Help uphold movement standards and support athletes throughout competition. You’ll receive training ahead of the event and work alongside a strong judging team.

Equipment Team
Keep the floor moving. Help reset equipment and prepare the competition space between heats.

Set-Up / Tear Down
Be part of bringing the event to life. Help with floor setup, equipment, signage, and breakdown.

Check-In Team
Be the first welcome athletes and guests experience. If you enjoy helping people feel comfortable and excited, this role is for you.

Scoring Team
Detail-oriented and organized? Help ensure competition results are accurate and moving smoothly.

Medical Team
Medical professionals interested in supporting athlete safety throughout the event.

General Support
Not sure where you fit? No problem. We’ll help place you where your strengths make the biggest impact.
